Del Mar Caregiver Resource Center - provides services to assist families and loved ones caring for adults with brain impairment.

Santa Cruz Multipurpose Senior Services Program - offers free social work and nursing services to help seniors stay independent in their homes.

Central Coast Area Health Education Center (AHEC) - provides education to family practice medical residents and nursing students in geriatrics and chronic care management to meet the rapidly increasing health care needs of people in the Monterey Bay region.

California Preparedness Education Network (Cal-PEN) - program to prepare California health professionals to rapidly and effectively respond to bioterrorism and other public health emergencies.

The Stanford/HPC REACH Project - collaboration on a national caregiver research project.

¡Dientes! Community Dental Clinic - helped the clinic reach financial self-sufficiency

California Area Health Education System - research to expand and improve the Family Practice Residency Program at Natividad Medical Center

Generations- Senior Mental Health - pilot program to provide mental health services at senior nutrition centers

MAS - The Hispanic Tobacco Cessation Program - countering the marketing of tobacco products to the Hispanic community

The Comprehensive Perinatal Services Program - to expand the prenatal services programs at Natividad Medical Center

The Personal Enrichment Program - a community health promotion project with Dominican Hospital

Employee Health Promotion - with CornNuts, Inc. The program achieved significant risk reduction and a high level of participation.

Central Coast AIDS Education and Training Center - training for health professionals on the most recent means of treating and diagnosing HIV positive clients.
